Your first appointment is an in-depth conversation about your health, lifestyle and goals.

During this session, we will:

• Explore in depth your current concerns and symptoms

• Review your health history and medical background

• Discuss nutrition, stress, sleep and daily routines

• Identify patterns and contributing factors

• Review any relevant testing (if available)

There is no pressure and no judgement — just a structured, thoughtful approach to understanding what may be influencing how you feel.

Following your consultation, you will receive a personalised plan which may include:

• Nutrition guidance

• Lifestyle and stress-support strategies

• Herbal or nutritional recommendations (where appropriate)

• Clear next steps and follow-up guidance

Follow-Up Consultations

45 minutes

Follow-up appointments focus on:

• Reviewing your progress

• Refining your plan as needed

• Addressing new or evolving concerns

• Providing continued support and accountability

Health is rarely linear, and your plan will evolve with you.

Consultations are available both online and in person, offering flexibility while maintaining the same level of care and attention.

My journey into naturopathy began through my own health challenges.

There was a period in my life where I was experiencing significant health concerns and struggling to find clear answers or support. I felt frustrated, overwhelmed and, at times, alone in trying to understand what was happening in my body.

It was through exploring naturopathic care that I experienced what it felt like to be truly listened to — to have my health viewed as a whole picture, rather than a collection of isolated symptoms. To just feel supported and reassured that my symptoms weren't normal. That experience changed everything for me.

Through a structured, supportive approach, I was able to regain clarity, stability and vitality. More importantly, I felt empowered in understanding my own health.

That experience shaped my passion for this work.

I am deeply committed to ensuring that no one who walks into a consultation with me feels dismissed, rushed or unheard. You deserve time, clarity and a thoughtful plan — not confusion or overwhelm.

Joey Travis holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and is committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-informed practice.

She is a member of Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia, practising within her professional scope and adhering to high standards of safety and ethical care.

Each recommendation is considered carefully, with a focus on practicality, sustainability and long-term wellbeing.

I currently consult from two locations in South East Queensland and also offer telehealth appointments Australia-wide.

• Caboolture: By appointment

• Telehealth: Available Australia-wide, offering the same personalised care from the comfort of your home. (Tuesdays - Saturdays 7:00 am - 8:00pm and Sundays 10:00 am - 5:00 pm).
