2. Services Provided
Natley & Co provides:

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Telehealth Services
By booking telehealth consultations:

Consultations are not recorded without written consent

Telehealth is not suitable for emergencies
Technical disruptions outside our control may occasionally occur.
Appointments are subject to our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
6. Bookings & Cancellations
Consultation fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a 50% cancellation fee in accordance with our Booking Policy.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary.
7. Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice.
Payment may be required at the time of booking.
Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in:

Cancellation of future bookings

8. Product Sales & Use
All products are provided for personal use only.
Due to the handcrafted and natural nature of our products:

Skincare and topical products should be patch tested prior to full application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate medical advice.
Products must be used and stored as directed. Natley & Co is not responsible for degradation, contamination, reduced effectiveness, or adverse reactions resulting from improper storage, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
Unless explicitly stated, products are cosmetic in nature and are not registered therapeutic goods.
9. Returns & Refunds
We comply with Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults as defined under Australian Consumer Law.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

Opened skincare and wellness products are not eligible for return unless faulty

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
