At Natley & Co, we want your order to arrive safely, quickly, and with care. Every parcel is prepared in-house with attention to detail so you can enjoy a seamless experience from our door to yours.

Processing Times

  • All orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Options & Costs

  • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): Flat rate of $9:95.

  • Express Shipping (Australia-wide): Flat rate of $15.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas; regional areas may take longer).

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to unforeseen delays.

All parcels include tracking. A link will be emailed to you once your order is on its way, so you can follow your delivery.
