My journey into naturopathy began through my own health challenges. There was a period in my life where I was experiencing significant health concerns and struggling to find clear answers or support. I felt frustrated, overwhelmed and, at times, alone in trying to understand what was happening in my body. It was through exploring naturopathic care that I experienced what it felt like to be truly listened to — to have my health viewed as a whole picture, rather than a collection of isolated symptoms. To just feel supported and reassured that my symptoms weren't normal. That experience changed everything for me. Through a structured, supportive approach, I was able to regain clarity, stability and vitality. More importantly, I felt empowered in understanding my own health. That experience shaped my passion for this work. I am deeply committed to ensuring that no one who walks into a consultation with me feels dismissed, rushed or unheard.
